Jennifer coordinated our wedding and did a great job of organizing our vendors, setting decorations, and keeping us to our timeline. Our venue had a pretty small window in which we could have our ceremony and reception, so it was important that Jennifer kept us moving along! She also handled our florals, which turned out gorgeous. We were on a tight budget, and her prices were very reasonable. Throughout the whole process, she was responsive to all inquiries and requests.
I recently had the opportunity to work with Ella for the Cowan's wedding, and I must say, she was an exceptional coordinator! Ella was extremely detail-oriented and kept our photo and video team organized and updated throughout the event. Not only that, but she went above and beyond by handing out towels to the bride and groom to ensure they looked and felt their best for the photos and video. Ella even provided water to keep everyone cool during the family and wedding party portraits. Her positive attitude and warm smile made her approachable and easy to work with, and she was always available to answer any questions we had. As a photographer and filmmaker who covers 15-20 weddings per year, I have worked with many coordinators. I would love to work with Ella and ATX again in the future. I could rave about Jennifer all day, but I’ll just let my five star review speak for itself. Seriously, look no further. With everything that goes into planning a wedding, I was overwhelmed and had to get help. Best decision I could have made.
I can't rave enough about Jennifer and her team. About a month or so leading up to our big day, Jennifer was super on top of communication with all of my other vendors and was there for every question I had. This was super helpful during crunch time to be able to leave the detail communications to her, while I was being pulled in other directions. Having her planning sheet ahead of time was SUPER helpful in the planning process as well. Any time I had a question of what I should look for, plan for, or any questions I needed answered, I could refer to Jennifer's planning sheet to guide the way. I'm a very particular person (some could possibly say controlling...) that likes to plan for all possibilities and outcomes, but handing over the reigns of my wedding to Ella for the day was the easiest thing I've ever done. Everything ran so smoothly and we were so on schedule, the day felt like a well oiled machine. Ella worked with all of my vendors and bridal party with clear communication and firm guidelines and tasks that I didn't think twice about anything and was able to be fully present with my husband during our day. My motto by the end of the night ended up being "Go ask Ella", because I knew she had it. Ella also made sure my husband and I had anything and everything we needed every step of the way - Drinks, water, food, a seat - You name it, Ella had it. My bridal party and guests also raved about Ella's attention to detail and ability to have a great time WITH everyone as well! As much as she was working that day, I wanted to make sure the vendors were having a good time too and she was THE best.
